Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures at the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders and payments swiftly while ensuring accuracy.
- Follow food safety management practices to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively setting.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations to maintain a clean and compliant workspace.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and transaction management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in bartending duties.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude and team spirit.
