Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, staff, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a defense-related location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Verify credentials, monitor entry and exit activity, and support access control procedures for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with site policies.

Support incident response by communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed, maintaining readiness to address disturbances, policy violations, and other security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
