Amazing Kidz Therapy, PLLC is currently seeking a Full Time Lead OT to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. This position will involve the evaluation, plan of care development/oversight and treatment of clients aged birth to 18 years of age. In addition, the position will oversee the Operational and Administrative management of the Occupational Therapy department. Must hold current OT State License.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and deliver quality therapy to patients with developmental, physical or neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Supervise Occupational Therapists within the department
- Assist with development and growth of the Occupational Therapy department
- Monitor clients progress towards plan of care goals
- Oversee delivery and compliance of Occupational Therapy within the Occupational Therapy department
- Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant families and other healthcare professionals
- Work with other members of the management team to enhance the experiences of clients and therapists
- Documentation for patient records
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications: 3 years pediatric occupational therapy experience required
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to lead and mentor other therapists
- Passion to help and motivate others
- Organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
