Qualifications:
- Current and valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
- Commitment to encouraging student growth and facilitating communication success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students, both individually and in small groups
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support classroom and at-home communication
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Start date: ASAP
- Work schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week during school days at one location
