Convention Services Manager
The Convention Services Manager coordinates all aspects of group meetings, conventions, and events following contract signing. Serving as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, this role ensures event requirements are clearly communicated, accurately executed, and aligned with hotel standards. The position contributes directly to guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization, working in partnership with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel's revenue and food and beverage goals.
Responsibilities include managing banquet event orders, coordinating with Catering, Banquets, Front Office, and AV teams, and maintaining proactive communication with clients throughout the event lifecycle. A minimum of 2–3 years of hotel convention services, catering, or event management experience is required.
