Contract Position with Potential for Full-Time Leadership Role

- Coordinate multiple fabrication shops and vendors
- Improve project visibility and accountability
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Oversee logistics and transportation
- Support installation planning and execution
- Improve communication flow
- Help implement scalable systems and processes
- Reduce day-to-day operational bottlenecks
The successful candidate should be capable of stepping into an active production environment and helping organize and support ongoing projects immediately.

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
- Schedule: Approximately 20–40 hours per week
- Term: June through October
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience
- Structure: Open to hourly, monthly retainer
Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
