Snip Squad is a growing nonprofit veterinary clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable veterinary care. We're looking for an exceptional Veterinary Practice Manager to help lead our team and build an outstanding workplace culture.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about both people and animals.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Lead, coach, and develop reception, assistant, and technician teams
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and address employee concerns professionally
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Monitor clinic efficiency and workflow
- Help establish and improve clinic policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Medical Director to achieve operational and financial goals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEA, state veterinary regulations, and clinic protocols
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous veterinary management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with scheduling, staffing, and team development
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable making decisions and holding team members accountable
- Experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus
- Passion for nonprofit work and improving access to veterinary care

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
