Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Early Morning Shift Associate, starting bright and early at 4:30 AM! Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, rotating supplies, and assisting with ordering when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas to ensure food safety standards are met
- Support team members with food handling, cooking, and food production tasks during busy periods
- Assist in training new staff members on food preparation techniques, POS operation, and safety procedures
- Supervise shift activities, ensuring timely service, proper cash handling, and adherence to restaurant policies
Requirements
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; casual dining or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly
- Experience supervising or managing teams within a restaurant or food service environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management and customer interactions
- Ability to work early mornings starting at 4:30 AM with flexibility for shift changes as needed
- Knowledge of inventory control, food handling procedures, and kitchen management practices
