Crew members are the “face” of the Cold Stone Creamery experience. They are responsible for making the world’s greatest ice cream, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for every customer, and keeping the store clean and welcoming Cold Stone Creamery. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that values fun and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide accurate service WayUp.
- Product Preparation: Hand-mix ice cream, sundaes, cakes, cupcakes, waffles, shakes, and other creations to order Indeed.
- Store Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks before and after shifts, and maintain a clean, organized store WayUp.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction WayUp.
- Entertainment: Participate in the “Entertainment Factor” by singing or performing when receiving tips to create a festive atmosphere Cold Stone Creamery.
Qualifications & Skills

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment
