Grunts Move Junk & Moving:
Grunts is looking for reliable and hard working individuals who love to stay busy and work with a team in the field. This role will be for both moving and junk removal services and will vary depending on the day and/or customer needs. This role is active, no day is the same as the day before and tips are great. Employees who show reliability/dependability, leadership capabilities, hard work, catch on to our processes, etc can be trained to become Team Leads.
Moving: On the moving side, this role includes bringing furniture, boxes, appliances & other customer belongings, etc from homes and businesses into our trucks, (and from trucks back into new location), packing the truck properly, following team lead instructions, packing boxes, learning to drive box trucks, communicate with office & customers, maintain tools & equipment & more.
Junk Removal: On the junk removal side, the role includes removing unwanted items from homes, garages, sheds, barns, basements, businesses and more. From a single item to an entire home or business clean out, you and your team will remove just about anything customers no longer want.
Our base of operations for this role is Georgia, VT.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Moving residential and commercial customers from one location to another
- Residential and commercial junk removal
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Helping to clean and maintain shops, tools, trucks, trailers, equipment, etc.
You should:
- Be reliable and dependable (with reliable transportation to and from work)
- Be customer-service oriented
- Be able to follow instructions
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean record (for the last 3 years)
- Be ready and willing to learn our systems
- Have a positive and team-oriented attitude
- Be willing to help the team keep trucks, trailers and other equipment clean and well-maintained
- Be able to lift up to 75 LBS
