Position Overview
The BCBA will provide clinic-based ABA services while overseeing treatment implementation, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting families throughout the treatment process.
This role reports directly to the Clinical Director and works closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinic-based ABA services to children and families
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing treatment evaluations
- Develop individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Create and update treatment plans in accordance with best practices and payer requirements
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses
- Develop behavior intervention plans
- Supervise treatment implementation and protocol fidelity
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions
- Evaluate patient progress and oversee transition and discharge planning
- Provide parent and caregiver training on a regular basis
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and interdisciplinary team members
- Attend departmental and team meetings
- Maintain BCBA certification and continuing education requirements
- Obtain and maintain Texas licensure
- Adhere to BACB ethical and professional standards
QualificationsEducation & Credentials
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Texas LBA or ability to obtain licensure
Experience
- Minimum two years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, and clinical supervision preferred
