Responsibilities
- Assist licensed HVAC technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Support the setup and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment using schematics and technical diagrams.
- Help with plumbing connections and refrigeration components, including ammonia refrigeration systems when applicable.
- Use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for mechanical repairs.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Learn to interpret HVAC design plans and schematics to support system installation and diagnostics.
- Participate in field service activities including appliance repair, property maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or property maintenance is highly valued.
- Service technician experience or hands-on work with HVAC systems enhances your candidacy.
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Experience operating tools such as welders or ohmmeters is a plus.
- Mechanical experience or background as a mechanic supports success in this role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
