Position Overview:
Faith Group is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Operations Department in our St. Louis headquarters. This position combines project coordination with business operations support, serving as both a key contributor to project delivery and an internal champion for operational excellence. Operations Specialists partner with Project Managers and technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle while also supporting company initiatives that improve consistency, efficiency, and project execution across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing complex information, and improving processes. Unlike a traditional project administrator, the Operations Specialist is an embedded project partner who proactively identifies needs, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and enables successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Partner with Project Managers to support projects from initiation through closeout.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to maintain alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking tools.
- Assist with project setup, proposals, scopes of work, fee development, and project planning.
- Track project financial performance using Unanet and support forecasting, invoicing, and reporting activities.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action logs, decision logs, and status reports.
- Track project deliverables from development through final submission.
- Support preparation and coordination of reports, specifications, presentations, drawings, and client deliverables.
- Ensure document version control and adherence to company standards and client requirements.
Business Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Support implementation of Project Management Office (PMO) standards and operational initiatives.
- Develop and improve project templates, workflows, and best practices.
- Assist with project setup and operational systems administration.
- Support onboarding and training efforts for project teams.
- Help maintain operational documentation, knowledge libraries, and SharePoint resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and process improvements.
- Serve as an in-office resource supporting company operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:
- Associates degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field, Required
- Bachelors Degree, preferred
- Working experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & SharePoint
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Projects, Unanet, & Miro is a plus
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communicators who enjoy working in teams
- Proactive problem-solvers who anticipate needs before they become issues
- Adaptable and comfortable supporting projects and internal operations
Salary:
$65,000-$85,000: exact salary is dependent on skill set, experience, education, etc.
