Now Hiring compassionate caregivers at Hidden Valley Ranch Rehab.in Ramona. We are an Adult Residential Facility for people who have a traumatic or acquired brain injury. This is a full time position with benefits and pay increase after 90 days.
Applicant will be required to work morning/evening shifts, weekends and holidays, Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid CA drivers license, lift over 30 pounds, no criminal background and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Must be reliable and responsible. We are looking for an individual that is looking for long term employment.
Summary
As a Caregiver in long-term care facilities, you will be essential in providing compassionate support and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your core skills in long-term care and personal care will guide you in delivering high-quality caregiving services. With premium skills in first aid and experience with Traumatic/acquired brain injuries, you will address the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your relevant skills in meal preparation and direct support will enhance the quality of life for those in your care. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation and transfers.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to administration.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Uphold residents' rights and dignity while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and administration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
