Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our hospice team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including home community care and facilities. Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Engage with children and families in a supportive manner when providing care.
Experience
- Previous experience in home community care or a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is helpful.
