CNC Lathe Operator
Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Mach3 Machine is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Lathe Operator to join our 2nd Shift team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. We are a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) manufacturing company specializing in large precision machining.

Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate a range of lathes, including manual vertical turret lathes, manual horizontal lathes, and CNC horizontal lathes.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise machining tolerances.
- Quality Inspection: Operate CNC lathes and use precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, and OD/ID mics) to verify exact part dimensions.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Machining Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years as a CNC Machinist, CNC Lathe Operator machining large parts.
- Large Turning Experience: Preferred, particularly with parts weighing over 1000 lbs.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code) and familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC control systems.
- Precision Inspection: High mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
- Blueprints & GD&T: Must be able to read industrial blueprints and apply GD&T principles to tight tolerances.
- Physical & Safety Requirements: Ability to safely handle tooling setups, work with hand/power tools, and operate overhead crane or forklifts.
- Overhead crane and Forklift Experience: (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
