Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pack cold food items according to production specifications
- Work in a refrigerated environment (40°–50°F)
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and FIFO procedures
- Maintain organized workstations and storage areas
- Use proper portions, weights, and labeling practices
- Report food shortages, surpluses, or equipment issues
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
