- September 28 - October 2 (8am-5pm)
- October 5 - 11 (8am-5pm) + night call
- 24-hour call for the 10th and 11th ending at 8am on the 12th
- November 23 - 28 (8am-5pm) + night call
- 24-hour call on the 26th and 28th ending at 7am on the 29th
- December 21 - 31 (8am-5pm) + night call
- 24-hour call on the 26th and 27th
- Ongoing coverage available
Coverage Description
- Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Weeknight call included
- Weekend coverage required
- 2 providers needed
Call Details
- Saturday – Sunday: 24-hour call
- Call ratio 1:2
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Active Iowa license
- ACLS
- BLS
- Minimum 2 years of cardiothoracic surgery experience
- Clean malpractice and background
Required Procedures / Skills
- Cardiothoracic surgery experience
- EVH experience
Assignment Details
- Level 2 trauma facility
- Weekdays include clinic and night call
- Weekends include 24-hour call
- Approximately 125 CABG cases annually
