Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Winter Haven & Surrounding Areas
We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide in-home behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with individuals diagnosed with autism to implement behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and accurately record data on observable client behavior.
- Assist with the implementation of educational and behavioral programs.
- Collaborate with supervisory staff to monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support clients and caregivers in implementing treatment strategies and daily living skills.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in behavioral data collection and documentation.
- Knowledge of behavioral health terminology.
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and supervisory staff.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- Medicaid Provider Number.
- Ability to provide in-home services.
- Availability for afternoon/evening hours.
- Commitment to approximately 30 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation to provide services in Winter Haven and surrounding areas.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
