Pleasant Valley NursingRehab Center is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services within our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident needs

Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, and families

Monitor progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed

Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:

Active SLP license required
-
Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
