Job Overview
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Family Law Attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience and meaningful client interaction in a supportive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have Family Law experience and be able to handle a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution, including divorce, child custody, domestic violence cases, and prenuptial agreements in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and related disputes
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court filings with precision and clarity
- Prepare for and participate in court depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, explain legal options, and gather necessary information
- Negotiate settlements that align with clients’ best interests while maintaining professionalism and advocacy
- Maintain organized case files using legal case management software to ensure timely progress and compliance with procedural law requirements
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
