Duties
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ financial situations and insurance requirements.
- Attend Ongoing Product trainings via Zoom
- Attend Ongoing Team Trainings to enhance your sales skills, team building skills, and Client presentation Skills
- Present tailored insurance solutions that align with clients’ goals, explaining policy benefits, coverage options, and terms clearly and confidently
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, identify new business opportunities
- Stay current on industry regulations, product offerings, and company policies to ensure compliant and effective sales practices.

Many Beginning agents can earn $2,500 to $4,500+ per month once consistent. Top Agents earn $7,000 to $10,000 Monthly

Projected Total Compensation: $36,000.00 - $76,995.41 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 14 per week
