Civitan Services is seeking an experienced, passionate leader to join our team as a Community Services Coordinator in the Benton Bryant area.

As a Community Services Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations of supportive living services, supervise staff, ensure quality care, coordinate individualized services, and help create meaningful outcomes for the people we serve.
What You'll Do:
✔ Supervise, mentor, and develop direct support staff
✔ Coordinate individualized care and service delivery
✔ Ensure compliance with regulations and documentation standards
✔ Support families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams
✔ Monitor health, safety, and quality of services
✔ Lead with integrity, compassion, and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid Arkansas driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
