We are looking for a dependable Mobile Lube Technician / Parts Runner to join our operations team. This position plays a critical role in keeping our equipment running and our crews productive by traveling to active job sites and performing routine preventative maintenance on company vehicles and heavy equipment.

What You’ll Do
As a Mobile Lube Technician / Parts Runner, your primary responsibility will be providing field-based preventative maintenance support, including:
- Travel to active construction job sites to perform lubrication and routine maintenance services on heavy equipment and company vehicles
- Grease equipment, check fluids, change filters, and complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
- Perform equipment inspections and identify leaks, damage, or maintenance concerns
- Communicate equipment conditions and service needs with supervisors, mechanics, and field crews
- Help reduce equipment downtime by keeping machines properly serviced and ready for production
- Maintain service tools, vehicles, and equipment in a clean and organized condition
You will also support operations with secondary responsibilities including:
- Picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies between vendors, the yard, and job sites
- Verifying parts and materials are correct before delivery
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed
- Helping maintain organization of parts, tools, and supplies
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a larger field team
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
- Experience with equipment lubrication, preventative maintenance, fleet maintenance, or construction equipment is preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles
Physical Requirements
This position requires hands-on work in active construction environments. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and parts up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work around heavy equipment throughout the day
- Work outdoors in changing weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow
- Safely work around moving equipment, vehicles, and construction activity
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
