Allstar Injury Attorneys – Orange County, CA$17–$20/hour | Part-Time to Full-Time | In-Person
Allstar Injury Attorneys is a growing personal injury law firm in Orange County looking for an energetic, personable, and highly organized individual to work directly with the firm’s owner.
This is not your typical desk job.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, staying organized, learning new things, and taking initiative. You’ll wear several hats and get hands-on exposure to marketing, business development, client relations, law firm operations, networking, and the legal industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping us stay connected with current and former clients through calls, correspondence, client-appreciation campaigns, and follow-up
- Building and maintaining relationships with doctors, medical offices, and other professionals in our referral network
- Visiting local medical offices and professional contacts on behalf of the firm
- Helping identify and develop new relationships and business-development opportunities throughout Orange County
- Preparing and coordinating marketing materials, mailers, business cards, promotional items, and client gifts
- Following up by phone with clients, professional contacts, and potential referral partners
- Attending networking events, industry events, and community functions with the firm’s owner—and occasionally representing the firm independently
- Working with our website and marketing team to help coordinate website, social media, and online content initiatives, including emerging AI-focused marketing strategies
- Assisting the firm’s owner with executive-assistant and occasional personal-assistant responsibilities
- Driving the firm’s company vehicle to networking events, meetings, and occasional court appearances
- Assisting the attorney with logistics and administrative tasks during occasional court appearances
- Handling miscellaneous clerical, administrative, and organizational projects as needed
Who We’re Looking For
The right person is someone who is:
- Extremely personable and socially confident
- Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships with new people
- Professional enough to represent a law firm in front of clients, doctors, attorneys, and other professionals
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently
- Naturally curious and willing to learn
- Comfortable with technology, social media, and AI tools
- Able to work independently without needing constant direction
- Willing to jump between different types of projects when needed
- Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
You do not need prior law firm experience. We care much more about your personality, communication skills, reliability, judgment, and willingness to learn.
Sales, hospitality, marketing, customer service, networking, or business-development experience is a plus.
Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
Driving Requirements
A portion of this position involves driving the firm’s company vehicle for networking events, meetings, and occasional court appearances.
Applicants must have:
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean/reasonable driving record
- Reliable personal transportation to and from our Orange County office
- Ability to satisfy the firm’s insurance requirements
Schedule & Compensation
Pay: $17–$20/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Part-time to full-time. We have flexibility for the right candidate.
Location: Orange County, California
Remote: No. This is an in-person position because relationship building, local outreach, events, and driving are important parts of the job.
Some evening networking events or functions may occasionally be required.
Why This Position Is Different
This is a great opportunity for someone who doesn’t want to spend every day doing the exact same thing.
One day you may be helping organize a client-appreciation campaign. Another day you may be visiting medical offices, attending a networking event, working with our marketing team on an AI initiative, or accompanying an attorney to court.
You’ll work directly with the owner of a growing personal injury law firm and learn firsthand how a legal practice is built, marketed, and operated.
There is significant opportunity for the position to evolve based on your strengths.
How to Apply
Please send:
- Your resume
- A brief introduction telling us about yourself
- Your general availability
- Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work
- Whether you speak Spanish
- A few sentences answering this question:
Why do you think you would be good at walking into a business where you don’t know anyone, introducing yourself, and building a relationship with the people who work there?
Please don’t send us a generic cover letter. We’d rather hear a little about your personality and why this particular position sounds interesting to you.
