K Line Logistics USA Inc. is looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in the logistics industry who are already authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid visa or other work authorization.
Customer service position will be responsible for the following:

・Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
・Coordinate the movement of import and export shipments to ensure smooth and
timely transportation.
・Prepare and provide freight quotations to customers.
・Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and other logistics partners to
ensure the efficient execution of shipments.
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent specializing in Logistics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our clients, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations. Your proactive approach will help optimize logistics processes, resolve issues efficiently, and elevate the customer experience through exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, inquiries, and issue resolution within logistics operations
- Coordinate transportation planning and freight management using transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Manage shipping & receiving schedules, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and 3PL providers to streamline procurement, sourcing, and vendor management activities
- Utilize data analysis skills with tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau to monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis on logistical issues such as delays or damages to implement corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with trade regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws while managing freight documentation and trade compliance requirements
Experience
- Proven experience practicing in a supply chain operations role with a focus on customer service within logistics or warehouse environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution, inventory management systems , and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Demonstrated ability in materials handling, shipping & receiving, production planning, and demand planning processes
- Skilled in data collection, analysis skills including Excel data analysis and spreadsheets for inventory control and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with procurement practices such as sourcing, pricing strategies, vendor management, contracts, and profit & loss analysis
- Experience working with freight forwarding concepts like NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), shipping logistics, cross-functional communication, and trade compliance regulations
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely (certification preferred) and manual handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills combined with strong analysis skills to resolve complex logistical issues efficiently
Knowledge and skill requirement
· Basic English reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
· Minimum associate college degree or higher.
· Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point
