Director of Rehabilitation - Contract
Location: Humansville, MO
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts
We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (Leadership) to oversee and lead a multidisciplinary rehab team in a Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated rehab professional with strong leadership skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and driving clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the rehabilitation team across all therapy disciplines
- Ensure clinical programs operate efficiently and consistently
- Lead and participate in facility meetings with regional and management teams
- Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and perform chart audits
- Ensure staff adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve rehabilitation goals and maintain high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (Required)
- Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience (Required)
- Active Missouri License or Compact License (Required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
