We're seeking an enthusiastic AT&T Brand Representative who enjoys building relationships and creating outstanding customer experiences. As an AT&T Brand Representative, you'll represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers by introducing customers to innovative products and services that simplify everyday life. Your ability to educate, engage, and connect with customers will play a key role in helping them find the right AT&T solutions.
As an AT&T Brand Representative, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, product education, and consultative sales. We promote a supportive team culture where initiative, professionalism, and continuous development are recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Brand Representative
- Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and enthusiasm during every customer interaction.
- Meet with customers to understand their communication, entertainment, and connectivity needs.
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and technology solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain current knowledge of AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings.
Qualifications of the AT&T Brand Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
