What You Can Expect
- Paid Training
- No Cold Calling!!! pre-screened, qualified leads everyday
- Realistic first-year earnings of $80,000–$130,000
- 100% commission after paid training
- Weekly commissions

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess roofing, siding, and gutter needs
- Educate homeowners on our products and services
- Prepare and present accurate proposals and timelines
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Document sales activities and follow-ups in CRM software
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Experience in residential/exterior home improvement sales preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Tech-savvy
- Must be able to safely lift up to 65 pounds
- Must be able to safely climb a ladder
- Must be able to enter and maneuver in confined spaces, including crawl spaces
