Daily responsibilities:
This is a customer-facing role. Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC
Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services.
- Mailroom operations
- Print production (printing, assembling, binding)
- Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams)
- Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls
- Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications
- Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person
- Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas
- Conference room set up/take down
- Other duties, as assigned
