Our client is currently seeking or in need of an experienced On-Site Manager for a bilingual leadership opportunity in Hagerstown, Maryland. The person in this position will serve as a key link between the client and the staffing team while helping maintain a safe, productive, and organized workplace. This is a hands-on opportunity for a dependable professional who can lead with confidence, communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, and support day-to-day workforce needs with precision and urgency.
The Day-to-Day:
- Manage daily attendance and verify employee hours for accurate payroll processing
- Conduct pre-shift check-ins and help ensure employees are working safely and efficiently
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the staffing team
- Monitor productivity throughout the shift and provide support where needed
- Assist with onboarding new temporary employees and help train them on site expectations
- Maintain clear communication with both workforce members and client leadership
- Help address attendance issues, performance concerns, and operational needs in real time
- Support a structured and professional work environment focused on accountability and efficiency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in staffing, warehouse, production, or logistics environments is required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
- Basic computer skills for timekeeping, reporting, and general administrative tasks
Pay Rate:
- $55,000 to $57,000 /per yr
Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
