Salon Sienna is a vibrant hair salon in Downtown Gilbert, dedicated to helping every individual to "live their best hair life". We are seeking a part-time salon receptionist/coordinator seeking continued opportunities and growth.
As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Salon coordinator will be responsible for managing the salon's front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and processing payments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every client with genuine warmth, making them feel instantly welcome, relaxed, and excited for their hair transformation
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client questions quickly, professionally, and with that friendly Salon Sienna energy
- Keep the reception area sparkling clean and beautifully organized, including stocking our favorite retail products and eye-catching promotional displays
- Share your growing product knowledge with clients, enthusiastically recommend services and retail items, and help them discover what will elevate their hair game
- Team up with our talented stylists and crew to create a positive, supportive, and fun salon atmosphere where everyone thrives

Requirements:
- Must be available at least one Friday or Saturday for a daytime shift (9-5)
- Currently pursuing a career in the hair/beauty industry (In cosmetology school? This is the perfect place to grow!)
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
