IT Training & Support Specialist Opportunity!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in desktop or technical support; or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for accurate documentation of IT projects.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, and related peripherals
- Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and component upgrades (RAM, storage, power supplies, etc.)
- Support a wide range of printers, including:
- Multifunction copiers
- Laser printers
- Thermal label printers
- RFID printers
- Provide support for current and older versions of Windows OS
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications
- Assist users with application support used in both office and factory settings
- Perform software updates, patching, and basic system maintenance
- Provide basic troubleshooting for iPhones and iPads, including email setup, app issues, and device configuration
- Assist with mobile device management (MDM) tasks as needed
Other Requirements
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, or related field strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Exposure to Active Directory (password resets, account management)
- Familiarity with MDM solutions for mobile devices
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred, but not required with appropriate experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
