CableCom is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team.
$19.00 to $24.00 per hour
Onsite-6:30am to 3:00pm M-F

- Track, monitor and renew business licenses across all cities/states in which CableCom operates

Assist in ensuring subcontractor compliance with insurance regulations, contractual obligations, billing etc.

Onboarding of new subcontractors

Perform assigned tasks as related to specific functions that may include any combination of general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, making copies, etc.).

Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.

Prior work related experience.

Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)

Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Data Entry

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Type 40 WPM

Onboarding experience is a plus

Accounts Payable experience is a plus
The wage range for Coordinator Office is $19.00 - $24.00.
