About ABA Day by Day
ABA Day by Day is a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and cognitive differences through compassionate, evidence-based services.
The Program Director / BCBA supports the organization through professional, compassionate, and compliant service delivery.
Communicate effectively with staff and families
Follow HIPAA and agency standards
Oversee and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments (FBAs) and monitor client progress
Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective service delivery
Coordinate client assignment and pairing with appropriate technicians and supervisors
Parent Training & Family Support
Provide hands-on training and coaching to parents and caregivers
Teach behavior strategies and skill-building techniques
Support families in implementing interventions in daily routines
Collaborate with caregivers to ensure consistency and progress
Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
Provide training, feedback, and professional development
Support staff performance and clinical growth
Ensure documentation meets payer and DDD standards
Maintain audit-ready records and uphold compliance
Monitor service delivery and program quality
Communicate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in meetings, case reviews, and treatment planning
Facilitate and lead clinical trainings and professional development activities for clinical staff
Maintain PD hours in accordance with the BACB
Perform additional duties as assigned
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
2+ years of ABA clinical experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
