Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead power electronics product development from architecture through production release
- Design and troubleshoot high-power AC/DC and DC/DC conversion systems
- Develop schematics, PCB layouts, prototypes, and validation plans
- Perform hardware bring-up, testing, root cause analysis, and field support
- Support battery-integrated power systems and energy storage applications
- Develop technical documentation, test procedures, and manufacturing support packages
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams
Qualifications
- BSEE required; MSEE preferred
- 10+ years of hands-on power electronics product development experience
- Experience with power conversion topologies, battery systems, and embedded controls
- Strong background in PCB design, analog/digital circuits, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with power semiconductors, thermal management, and system validation
- Proficiency with SPICE-based simulation tools
- Ability to take ownership of products from concept through production

- Industrial power systems
- Energy storage or battery-integrated products
- High-voltage and high-current power electronics
- Embedded firmware development
- Regulatory compliance and product certification support
