Summary:
T wrk with assigned students wh are evidencing discipline prblems, t change their behavir s that they can be integrated back int regular schl prgrams.
Essential Duties and Respnsibilities:
1. Assists in the implementatin f the schls Alternative T Suspensin Teacher.
2. Wrks with assigned students t crdinate academic and nn academic cmpnents.
3. Gathers and analyzes infrmatin n student referrals.
4. Develps strategies fr the student, family, and schl t address the presenting prblem (s) and assists in implementing these strategies.
5. Satisfactry wrk recrd & criminal/child abuse clearances (Acts 34, 114, and 151).
6. Experience in public educatin preferred.
7. Cllabrates as apprpriate with administrative, instructinal, instructinal supprt, and Cmmunity and Student Services staff.
8. Maintains and submits accurate recrds t ensure apprpriate accuntability.
9. Perfrms ther related tasks and assumes ther respnsibilities which may be assigned frm time t time by the Principal.
