- Greet and check in guests, explain rules and safety procedures
- Monitor games and provide timely hints to ensure a great experience
- Reset and prepare rooms between groups
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to and from our Tucker, GA location
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Available to work weekend nights until 1am (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Available to work weekdays (10:30am-6pm)
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with groups
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
