Equinox Collective is expanding our Michigan team and hiring for an AT&T Sales Representative position. This is a full-time, in-person role that’s perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, and professional growth.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in a face-to-face setting to introduce AT&T Fiber services, help them find the best options for their needs, and guide them through a smooth and easy enrollment process. No prior sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed.
AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers in a residential setting to promote and sell AT&T Fiber services
- Assist customers with enrollment, account setup, and service activation
- Explain internet packages, pricing, and current promotions in a clear and helpful way
- Track customer interactions and personal sales progress
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a supportive team environment
- Represent AT&T and Equinox Collective with professionalism and positivity
AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Motivated to learn and grow in a sales-focused role
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work full-time in-person
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required
Role Overview and Details:
- Compensation: This is a base pay + commission position. Average earnings range from $850 to $1350 per week based on individual performance, with additional bonus opportunities.
- Schedule: Full-time availability required, 40 hours per week Monday–Saturday
- Employment Type: W2 Full-time employee (not contract or commission-only), in-person role
- Client / Product: Work directly with customers to introduce, promote, and enroll new accounts for AT&T Fiber internet services
Pay: $850.00 - $1,350.00 per week
