General Maintenance Technician
We are small private own general contractor looking for a reliable, hard-working Maintenance Tech to join our team. Some Experience Required. Must be willing to learn and be capable of completing tasks given to handles small-scale, non-structural tasks like fixing drywall patches, mounting hardware, or replacing light fixtures.
What You Will Do
- Site Preparation: Clean up worksites by clearing debris, sweeping, and removing hazards to maintain a safe workspace.
- Material Moving: Manually load, unload, stack, and transport materials, tools, and supplies around the job site.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all company safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Attitude: A coachable attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Dependability: Reliable transportation to the site and a commitment to punctual attendance.
