We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other architects to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
- Lead the architectural design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical best practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical designs using Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and integration.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to design principles, coding standards, and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses), designing efficient and reliable data flows and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Middleware).
- Conduct comprehensive technical reviews, code reviews, and architectural assessments to ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to security standards.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other architects to define project scope, estimates, technical roadmaps, and release strategies.
- Stay current with Salesforce product releases, new features, industry trends, and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and benefits for the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, data models, and integration maps.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, advising on complex technical challenges, strategic decisions, and platform governance.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and solution design for prospective clients when required.
- Ensure solutions are designed with scalability, maintainability, and user experience in mind.
