Wireless Retail Sales Representative
Average income for top performers is $38,000.00 per year including commissions
Seeking fun, outgoing and energetic individuals who love technology and put caring for customers a top priority. The Sales Representative will be a Sales Challenger, eventually becoming a MOBILE EXPERT providing solutions to meet the customer's specific wireless needs. Compensation is a generous hourly salary plus motivating commission and bonus structures. Full-time and part-time positions available. You do NOT need to have wireless experience to work for us. We will give you the tools and training to be successful.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling cellular devices, tablets and wireless solutions in a one-on-one selling and consultant environment
- Ability to hit or surpass individual goals
- Ask customers to provide feedback on customer service experience
- Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the retail store location.
- Greets all customers, problem solves and resolves customer concerns or issues
Requirements:
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and customer-focused
- Previous sales or customer service experience recommended
- Willing to work nights and weekends
- High school diploma or GED
