Luxury Residential Operations Lead / Team Lead
This is much more than a cleaning position.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional work, enjoys leading by example, and wants to help build a premium luxury brand from the very beginning.
As our Lead Cleaning Specialist, you will report directly to the Owner and play a key role in launching AromaClean™ Luxury Solutions LLC. You will help establish our service standards, support the onboarding of future team members, and ensure every home reflects the exceptional quality our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- Perform luxury residential cleaning services
- Lead by example on every project
- Help train and mentor future cleaning technicians
- Maintain White Glove service standards
- Prepare homes using AromaClean™ procedures
- Follow customized cleaning checklists
- Safely use eco-friendly and premium cleaning products
- Maintain equipment and inventory
- Communicate professionally with clients when required
- Assist in maintaining our exceptional quality standards
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- Professional and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive and self-motivated
- Physically able to perform residential cleaning
- Comfortable working in luxury homes
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service
Requirements:
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Spanish is a strong advantage
- Hungarian is welcome but not required
- Able to pass reference verification
- Professional references required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)
