Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and brand engagement across various social platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop innovative campaigns, and foster meaningful relationships with our online community. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence, drive traffic, and support our marketing objectives through strategic social media management.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and possibly others.
- Create engaging content text posts, graphics, videos, and photography that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand identity. Videos are our top desire.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct social listening to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and gather insights for content optimization and reputation management.
- Utilize Canva or similar tools for graphic design and video editing to produce visually appealing content.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community growth and relationship management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing techniques to keep our social media presence innovative and competitive.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms’ features, algorithms, and advertising options.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output.
- Strong relationship management abilities to engage with online communities effectively.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
