We are seeking a skilled and caring Ultrasound Technician to join our growing team.Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations.
- Obtain accurate diagnostic images and measurements according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide clear explanations of procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document findings accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Schedule and coordinate follow-up imaging as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification required.
- OB/GYN specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience in women's health preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
