Looking for experienced HVAC Lead Installers with a journeyman license for this position.
Purpose of the Role:
Install our customers' new systems in their home. Identify opportunities for the customers to improve their system. Main purpose is to take care of our community and keep them comfortable in their home.
Expectations:
· Customer Service: One Choice Mechanical employees need to work directly with customers offering them a superior experience. Being friendly, approachable, and a good communicator is a necessary skill.
· Attention to Detail: We have a process set up for your success. You just have to follow it!
· Strength: HVAC Installers need to lift heavy parts and equipment. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
· Troubleshooting: We would like if you have experience trouble shooting HVAC equipment.

Qualifications / Experience
· High-School Diploma
· Trade School or comparative job experience
· EPA Card, Valid Driver’s License, & Social Security Card
· Journeyman License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
