Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do

Meet with motivated buyers and sellers daily

Guide clients through the entire real estate process

Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows

Deliver a 5-star client experience that generates referrals

Host open houses (leads provided)

Keep your calendar full with pre-set appointments

Participate in weekly training and team development sessions

Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
Qualifications:-
Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
