We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and have experience operating heavy equipment.
Duties:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks-trailers.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and transportation
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers
- Ability to follow directions and navigate efficiently using GPS or maps
