Overview
The Distribution Temp supports audit and outbound operations at our West Coast 3PL facilities in Riverside and Moreno Valley. This role ensures SOP compliance, order accuracy, and timely shipments through inbound inspections, picking and prep audits, labeling verification, and outbound loading oversight.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: “Essential functions” are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation made by the employer.
1. Complete inbound product audits at third-party warehouses, ensuring item quality is verified and ready to ship on time per the customer ship windows;
2. Perform outbound audits and complete audit forms; notating the status of each order
3. Work with third-party management team to correct errors and reconfirm outbound orders prior to shipping;
4. Upload forms and pictures to SharePoint for record keeping;
5. Perform daily warehouse walk-throughs at both West Coast facilities and log the process stage for each order (picked, labeled, audited, etc.);
a. Flag damaged product to be moved to the damage location real time;
b. Report to the Distribution Manager orders that failed to ship as planned;
6. Collaborate with the warehouse management and CSR team on the status of orders and outbound schedule.
a. Audit outbound loads to ensure all pallets are loaded.
b. Verify BOL signature and partner with 3PL for validation of signed BOL upload
7. Validate the process and completion of work orders as assigned by the Distribution Manager and in conjunction with Supply Chain.
8. Partner with the Distribution Manager and in extension the Supply chain team on day-to-day activity and to do lists.
9. Protect company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regard to information security and management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a warehouse or distribution environment; with two years’ of experience with quality assurance experience and analytical reporting.
2. Detailed knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures for inbound, storage, picking, order prep, and shipping;
3. Understanding of shipping documentation, material handling equipment, and supply chain terminology;
4. Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or lead preferred.
5. Demonstrates solid knowledge of Microsoft Office = specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
6. Demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
7. Demonstrates the ability to write a clear, concise notations and reports, using correct grammar.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
