Assistant Teacher (Level 1 Certification)
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Experience: 0–11 months in a Colorado state-licensed ECE setting
Role Focus: Learn, support, and grow in a structured classroom environment
- Supports daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
- Assists with lesson implementation and engages with children
- Builds positive relationships and maintains a safe, clean environment
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow in early childhood education
Early Childhood Teacher (Level 2 Certification) - sign-on bonus eligible
Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
Experience: 1–4 years in ECE, including classroom leadership
Role Focus: Lead a classroom with confidence and consistency
- Implements developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Leads classroom routines and ensures licensing compliance
- Creates a nurturing, engaging learning environment
- Builds strong relationships with families and team members
- Supports and guides Assistant Teachers
Lead Teacher (Level 2+ or Infant Nursery Supervisor Certification) - sign-on bonus eligible
Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
Experience: 5+ years in ECE, including leadership and mentorship
Role Focus: Own classroom excellence and develop others
- Leads curriculum implementation and classroom management
- Mentors and develops teaching staff
- Builds a strong, positive classroom culture
- Ensures consistent, high-quality learning experiences
- Partners with leadership to support center success
Colorado Credentialing Note
All teaching positions are aligned with Colorado Early Childhood Education (ECE) credential requirements. Candidates are placed into roles based on their verified qualifications through the Colorado Professional Development Information System (PDIS), including education, coursework, and experience in licensed child care settings. All staff must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
